We were all home today, no school because of Melbourne Cup Day.  We decided it was a nice day for a drive.  When I say nice day I mean multiple electrical storms in the distance and the odd shower of rain, it wasn't too cold to do some exploring.

Don't you love this old wagon.

We all decided we wanted this kooky little shed in our backyard.
Isn't it cute, it had a brick fire place at the far end but no windows.
Can't you just see it painted up, some windows/sky lights added as a sewing studio.
Cute, cute, cute.

Some of you probably know where this is.
It bucketed with rain about five seconds after I took this photo.
We then spent ten minutes standing under that palm tree in the photo.
Can you tell which kid wasn't keen on getting too close to the big bull.

One last puppy photo.  They go to their new owners this week so we had to go and have one last play and say goodbye.  More cuteness.

Also, no photos but there has been progress made on Master Emerson's quilt.
Hopefully an update on that tomorrow.
