Alyssa's quilt.

Do you think a quilter's mission in life is to make more quilters.

I think I've succeeded. Here's my sewing friend's first ever quilt.

I've quilted it for her, she has another top nearly ready. Woah girl!!!
She's had a binding lesson this morning, no doubt she's nearly finished that too.
Her next projects planned are cosy flannelette shaggy quilts.
I'm thinking of starting a stash busting shaggy quilt for Miss Muff for kinder next year too.

  1. Wow that is so lovely and bright! And so many little squares.
    Well done to your friend!
A few years ago I told a wise woman that I sewed but didn't do quilting. She smiled knowingly and said "You will".
Maybe it's an evolutionary thing ....
