Pin cushion swap.

I can reveal my pin cushion I made for Kate's swap now that its been received by its new owner.
I'm glad you liked it Merrilyn.

This was a fun little one to make, I made it up as I went along, I should always make two when I do things like this, one for me!

Remember my pumpkin tree way back? Another pumpkin plant went a-climing this year too. This one worked it's way up an old gate leading out of the garden.

  1. I like your pincushions Julie, it makes me think that I must make one for myself. The pumpkins are quite big, it makes you wonder how they manage to hang on with all the weight, lots of pumpkin soup there.

  8. Very sweet pincushion action, but I hate to break it to you, the pumpkin is making a (slow motion) run for it!

  9. Of course your pincushion would be well received, it is gorgeous with the little embroidery touches.
Your pumpkin looks yummy. Does that mean that you too have had a frost already?

It is funny seeing your season's ending of the veggie patch photos, as here we are just seeing the flowers poke up and out of the ground in our very early Spring weather...
    Have a great day! 8-)
