Mid Winter pics.

I'm pretty slack on the blogging at the moment aren't I.  We have had another busy week returning to school, me getting the house back in order and back into a routine.

Our new computer was ready to pick up yesterday so the girls of the house went for a drive to Bendigo to pick it up.  We have had about 1.5 inches of rain and it was an overcast day so I took the camera.  Here's some of our journey in photos.  Everything is so green and fresh and the little streams are all running, it was all very pretty.

A naughty fat lamb on the wrong side of the fence.

The misty road through the forest.

Camels!  You never know what you will see hey?

Another full creek.

A new baby.  How cute are they!

I've also re-organised the sewing room, added an new desk to accommodate the new overlocker, had a good chuck out, did the mending (which took half the time with an overlocker) AND while the electrician was here wiring up the new waste water pump I snuck him into the sewing room to put in  a four plug power point over the sewing desk.  Its great, no more power leads, power boards, plugging and unplugging and tripping over cords.

  1. Loved seeing your the naughty fat lamb! Sewing room is sounding enticing!

  2. loooovvvvveeeee the pics esp to see a cute baby belted galloway.....

  3. that first picture is so pretty. the green of the grass is brilliant!
and camels in australia... i would have never put the 2 together!!

  4. It's so lovely to see the landscape so green and creeks running full, it all looks so lush!

  5. Gorgeous photos! I love seeing little glimpses of life in other countries.

I did not, however, expect the camels!!!

  6. Hey Julie! WOW! Things look lovely and lush around your place - including those cute curlie coated cows!! Tee! Hee! Hee! Hmmm ... wonder if I could manage to sneak an electrician into MY sewing room - a new four point power point sounds like a stitcher's dream come true! :0) Have fun! Bear Hugs! KRIS
